I had an incredible day at Wishbone Studio in Muscle Shoals. One of the songs I had a chance to cut was written by Mike McGuire, Rusty Moody, and Larry Butler. While I was looking forward to working today, I never thought that I would have a chance to meet Larry Butler in person. But that is exactly what happened and it was such a pleasure to meet a guy who has accomplished so much in country music. Larry is not only a legendary producer and songwriter but a great guy.
My next CD is going to consist of six songs. I’m really excited. It will be released by Labor Day.
